1.  Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using FellowForge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

2. User Eligibility: FellowForge is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

3. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior towards other users. You shall not use the App to distribute malicious software, spam, or unauthorized advertisements.

 

4. Content Guidelines: Users may post content, including messages and profile information, provided it complies with community standards. Content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights is strictly prohibited. FellowForge reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or for any other reason at our discretion.

 

5. Privacy and Data Handling: FellowForge collects and stores only necessary user data for account functionality and matchmaking purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data collection, storage, and security.

 

6. Limitation of Liability: FellowForge is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or harm resulting from the use or inability to use the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

 

7. Account Termination: FellowForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions. Users may request account deletion at any time.

 

8. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
